Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown for plants, accesories and delivery include VAT - so that the price you see is the price you pay!!
We show the full price of individual plants and accessories when you decide to add them to your order. However, as delivery is order-value based, it is calculated in the Checkout area.
Detail of our delivery charging structure is set out in the section below.

Delivery

PLEASE ALLOW 10 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PREPARED AND DELIVERED.

To ensure that your trees arrive with you in good condition we use our own courier delivery service direct from the nursery to your door. We know that the driver, John, is experienced in handling trees, and will make sure they arrive safely. (He tends to ring in advance of your delivery to let you know when he is likely to arrive, and to ensure that someone is there.) Because of delivery routing it is easier to leave it to us to sort out the finer delivery details, however, if you'd like to know how your order is progressing please feel free to email us at online-trees@sandylanenursery.co.uk, or call the nursery office on 01359 251 678.

On-line orders can be taken for the UK mainland excluding Devon and Cornwall; Wales; and north of Edinburgh. For these areas please email or call the nursery office. Thankyou

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges below are based on your order value, not on individual products and so:
- for orders up to £59.99 in value, delivery will be £24.00. (£20.00 plus VAT).
- for orders totalling £60.00 - £129.99 in value, delivery will be £36.00. (£30.00 plus VAT).
- for orders totalling £130.00 - £209.99 in value, delivery will be £48.00. (£40.00 plus VAT).
- for orders totalling £210.00 - £299.99 in value, delivery will be £60.00. (£50.00 plus VAT).

Deliveries to Devon and Cornwall; Wales; and north of Edinburgh

We are pleased to confirm that we can deliver to these areas with the addition of a £30.00 surcharge per order.

Returns & Refunds

The delivered tree(s) may differ slightly from the images shown. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship the items requested, or we decide on reasonable grounds not to do so, we will offer a refund or credit your credit or debit card.

Cancellation

Your order can cancelled at any time before it is dispatched. Simply contact us at [email] and let us know your invoice number and the goods you ordered.
If you contact us about a cancellation after it has been dispatched from the nursery, we will refund you the amount you paid for the trees or plants, (excluding delivery), after you have safely returned the goods to us in their original packaging. In this situation, we will not cover the cost of returning the plants back to us and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refunded value if the plants you return are damaged and need to be reduced in price for resale.
